物理性能:韧性为l,抗拉强度1520N/mm2(平方),冲击值>3.2ax, 硬度50-54HRC(用1000g载荷日本岛津显微镜硬度计测定)。注:硬度可根据客户需要。
裂纹:10×显微镜下观察带裂纹的研磨合金丸数占受检总量的1%。
循环寿命:抛丸速度为60m/s,抛丸量100kg/min,与同规格的钢丸往复循环寿命测试见图。
结论:上述几项检测均达国标、循环寿命为一般铸钢丸的2.2倍,喷抛速度快,所抛表面质量好,整体效益可提高到2.6倍,99年本公司最新研制,属国内首创、独家生产,是铸钢丸、不锈钢丸的理想替代产品。 |

Physical Property:Toughness is l,tensile strength 1250N/mm,shock value above 3.2ax,hardness 50-54 HRC.
Note:Hardness can be made according to clients'requirement.
Crack:Observing by use of microseope,the abrasive fillers auoy shots with crack are only 1% of the checkd ones,Circulation Longevity:Speed of shot polishing is 60m/s and the volume is 100kg/min.Please see diagram for the test result of circulation longevity of the specification steel shots.
Conclusion:The above-mentioned test items are all in conformity with national standard GB,the service time of circulation is 2.2 times of the average cast steel shots,the spraying and polishing of shots is fast in sped,the quality of surface polishing is good in quality and the overall effect can be raised to 2.6times compare with other same products,This is the up-to-date research out come in 1999 and it is first created in domestic and solely manufactured by our corporation and the idea lest substitute of cast steel shots,stain less steel shots.
